Now we shall fly to Merseyside, where Liverpool continues their good form too, regardless of the draw they suffered against the Magpies, Newcastle United during the weekend, on October 19 2013. Winning 5 games, drawing 2 and losing 1 is pretty impressive for how Liverpool's performances have been in the past few seasons. They are now third in the table, level on points with Chelsea, who leapfrogged the Reds on goal difference after their 4-1 win against Cardiff City. Liverpool are now 2 points adrift of Arsenal, and the two will clash in the upcoming Premier League matches, and that will definitely prove to be the turning point of who has the upper-hand against each other. Liverpool's Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge are proving to be the most deadliest combination ever in the Premier League thus far as they combine and play 1 touch passes extremely mind-blowing. Steven Gerrard marked his 100th Premier League goal with a penalty. The penalty was awarded after Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa brought down Luis Suarez inside the penalty box with rash tackle on the Uruguayan.
